Terms of Service

Welcome to Conversa. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Conversa.

1. Who can use Conversa

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

2. Your content & conduct

You own the content you post, and you grant us a limited license to host and show it within Conversa so the service can work. You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, or abuse other people.
Post illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or misleading content.
Impersonate others, spam, scam, or solicit money.
Use bots, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts that break these rules.

3. Safety

You can block and report other users at any time. Reports are reviewed and may lead to account action. Always meet new people safely and in public places.

4. Subscriptions & purchases

Conversa is free to use. Optional purchases include Premium subscriptions and one-time packs (e.g. boosts, favorites). Purchases are billed through your Google Play account.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled under Google Play's policies.

5. AI features

Conversa offers optional AI assistance (e.g. message polishing). Suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or appropriate — you're responsible for what you send.

6. Termination

You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete Account or the deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Conversa is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee matches, uninterrupted service, or the conduct of other users. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date reflects changes. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
